The copy on your website and other publications is like a sandwich board for your business. It’s what grabs your customers’ attention and entices them to ‘walk through the door’ (i.e. brows your website and take the action you’d like them to take). Besides that, using applicable keywords in your copy will increase your online visibility. Your site will be easier to find by search engines and will show up higher in the search results. It is import though to make sure the text is easy to read and free from typos and errors in grammar, otherwise your visitors will quickly move on.

Social Media. Love it or hate it. I happen to love it 🙂 For business owners it’s a relatively easy and natural way to connect with (potential) customers. But in my opinion it only works if businesses are authentic in the way they communicate. My advice would be to focus on the networks most used by your customers. Share content that fits your business and which is valuable to your customers, without expecting something in return. That way you are building your brand and your customer will think of you first when they are in need of your product or service.
If you see the importance of social media but have no idea where to start, I can advise you on the best strategy. If you’d rather outsource the management of your social media accounts completely or partially, I’ll be happy to help with that too!
Online Marketing is a broad term. It basically includes everything involved with your online visibility, search appearance and reaching (potential) customers. Social Media, mentioned above, is a part of Online Marketing. There are more technical aspects as well, such as SEO (Search Engine Optimalisation). I can help tweak your website to make it easier to find for search engines and rank higher in the search results. Online advertising is another way to increase the visibilty of your business. It allows you to select a specific audience for your ads. That way you’ll only reach the people you want to reach.
